LA EFICACIA JURÍDICA CONTRACTUAL DE LA PUBLICIDAD EN LOS CONTRATOS CON CONSUMIDORES

Publicity is used in markets to bring together letter of a contract entered into by a consumer does not follow the reasons on why such consumer entered into the contract with its servicer. The author thus proposed the application of the contract-publicity integration theory in Mexico, since publicity has two ends, to inform and to persuade, sometimes persuading to the detriment of the consumer, and briefly explains how such theory can in fact be applied to protect consumers.
