Publicity is used in markets to bring together consumers and producers, and sometimes, it is publicity itself thatsolely determines the consumption of certain goods due to its information.The author sustains that occasionally, it is determinant of the willof a consumer in entering into a contract with a producer, and thattherefore, whenever "false publicity" determines the consentof the consumer, such contracts are void.
