DECRETO PROMULGATORIO DEL CONVENIO DE COOPERACIÓN EN LOS CAMPOS DE LA EDUCACIÓN, LA CULTURA, EL ARTE Y EL DEPORTE ENTRE EL GOBIERNO DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS Y EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPÚBLICA DE LITUANIA * Paloma MARTÍNEZ GONZÁLEZ ** The objective of the present Agreement is to increase and to impel the cooperation between governmental and nongovernmental organizations of both Parts in the fields of the education, the culture, the art and the sport, by means of the taking of steps that contributes to deepen the knowledge between countries both, with the due consideration to the international conventions of which they are Part, observing right and obligations established by other international agreements and the national legislation of both countries. * Firmado en la ciudad de México, el veinticuatro de enero del dos mil dos.** Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas de la UNAM. |
