The author narrates the evolution of the concept "juridical person" from a juridical perspective, beginning with the Code of Hammurabi, culminating in modern times with the appearance of technology. It refers to topics such as the possibility to have property, as well, and other related topics. In this article, the author also presents the reach and scope as well as the restrictions of the concept from a juridical perspective.
