LA NATURALEZA UNITARIA DEL DERECHO

Ignacio GALINDO GARFIAS *

The author presents to the consideration of his readers, a vision which breaks with the ordinary structure of the Law divided into branches, in order to lead the reader into considering the concept of a common denominator in all juridical expressions, which must integrate public and private interests, in order to take a preferential step toward the social interest, which it has not been possible to accomplish due to the lack of coordination of the protected juridical interest; he considers the coincidence of the public and the private interest; pointing out that the author's conception of unity is objectively manifest in the juridical unity which demands reciprocal solidarity of the members of the family group and the legal system which governs their relationships.
