The author explains the pro-blem implicit in the fact that Mexican legal dogma does not address the subject of united or connected contracts and he ex-presses their characteristics. He treats the question of the name of these contracts and mentions three jurisprudencial criteria necessary to understand the origin of the Mexican position in this regard. He like-wise explains two criteria relating to man-date and united treaties; supplementing the exposition of the legislation on the subject with the respective commentaries of article 1121 of the Commerce Code and points out some hypotheses on these con-tracts.
