NUEVAS TÉCNICAS DE REPRODUCCIÓN HUMANA. EL ÚTERO COMO OBJETO DE CONTRATO

Dina RODRÍGUEZ LÓPEZ

The author proposes an alternate to legislation for the reproductive technique called "surrogate motherhood", since this implies the use of various reproductive techniques, involving not only the intervention of science but also the willingness of a woman to lend herself to the gestation of an embryo, which she must deliver to the requesting couple after birth, which generates an uncertain disconnection for all of the parties involved including the child.
